Welcome to Business Diversified Inc. Catherine Jones, CEO, is a female visible minority business owner who retired from public service after 27 years in the federal and provincial government.
She was most recently Vice President of Security for the Ontario Crown Agency, Metrolinx, and a Chief of Operations for the Canadian Security and Intelligence Service (CSIS).
As an Executive within the public sector, Business Diversified Inc. is well aware of the ongoing requirements of trust, nurtured relationships, fiscal responsibility and client satisfaction to achieve desired results and outcomes.
Having held a top secret clearance for many years, personal integrity and reliability is paramount for Catherine. As such, Business Diversified Inc. is predicated on sound business practices in fulfilling government and private company needs for an array of products and services.
Laura Hooper – Operations Manager, Business Diversified Inc.
Laura Hooper is a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Manager with a strong background in leadership, team development, and strategic account management. With a results-driven approach, and commitment to stakeholder engagement, she drives operational excellence while fostering meaningful partnerships and sustainable business growth.
In her role at Business Diversified Inc., Laura oversees operational efficiencies, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s diverse service offerings. She excels in mentoring and leading teams, implementing structured training programs, and enhancing internal processes to improve productivity and service quality.
Her extensive experience as a Charity Ambassador and CSR Team Lead in her previous role, she provided critical support to over 130 local charity accounts. Leading onboarding initiatives, analyzing growth opportunities, and developing customized engagement strategies. Her ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships has strengthened Business Diversified Inc.’s impact in both the government and private sectors.
